Responsible for independently managing the assigned sites and ensuring qulaity standards by supervising RCC and finishing work. Coordination with Project engineer, consultants and other engineer. Reporting to Project Manager and Site in charge.
Candidate Should be degree/Diploma holder in Civil Engineering with 1-10 years of experience in residential and commercial construction sites providing services such as residential development services, residential construction services etc.
Purchase Manager
- Pro-actively plan and maintain optimum level of inventory of construction related material.
- Responsible for negotiating, sourcing, indenting, purchasing and scrutiny of bills.
- Responsible for release of payments, storing and MIS Preferred Exposure
- Commercial exposure related to sourcing, purchase and inventory management.
- Exposure to projects desirable.
- Exposure to the construction industry will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to ERP based set up is a must.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have experience in sourcing, floating inquiries, techno-commercial evaluation of quotations, negotiation, procurement, inventory control and related documentation.

Should have independently handled the accounts/ finance functions of the in construction industry, Thorough knowledge of the accounting as well as costing functions preferably in a construction industry.
Desired Candidate Profile
